Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, however new productions may take up to 3 weeks to complete program post production work.

Charge Holds:

When you place an order online, some credit card companies and banks place a “hold” on the card for the total amount of purchase plus a small amount more than the final amount. This occurs more frequently with debit cards processed through a credit card network.

Although the credit card companies and banks may place a “hold” on your card in any amount that they choose, it is impossible for KVIE to charge your credit or debit card for more than the amount of purchase. The software that we use through the Yahoo store will not allow us to alter the dollar amount of your order. Credit card companies and banks typically release the “hold” with 48 hours of the transaction.

Shipping Charges:
Orders shipping within the USA will have shipping charges calculated based on your "ship to" address. All items are shipped from Sacramento, CA. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated when the order is processed and customers will be contacted via email to approved the expense.

Tax:
California residents will be charged applicable sales tax.

Shipping Terms, Order Adjustments, and Cancellations:

Order Adjustments: If you need to make an adjustment to an order and it has not shipped, please contact KVIE at store@kvie.org or 916-641-3500 as soon as possible.

Defective Items: If an item is defective, please contact KVIE to request a replacement.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled if there is a flag with the credit card verification risk rules in place. If an order has been cancelled and you have questions about a the order, please contact KVIE at store@kvie.org or 916-641-3500. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, it must be processed as a return.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 45 days if the item is in new condition, unopened or unworn. Closeout items cannot be returned.

Exchanges: An exchange may be made within 45 days for only the cost of shipping, handling, and any difference in price of the items exchanged. To exchange an item, please mail it back to KVIE with a written description of the item you wish to receive. If there is a price difference, you will be contacted by KVIE for credit card information.

KVIE does not store credit card information; we cannot make adjustments without contacting you. Items are only eligible for exchange if the original product is in new condition, unopened, unworn, and the item can be put back into KVIE's inventory. Closeout items cannot be exchanged.

International Orders: International orders will be shipped by USPS Priority with tracking. This option must be selected for orders outside the USA. If not selected, this option will be added when order is processed and additional charges will apply. The costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items, and the postal code of the destination country.
